I provide a wide range of assessments and reports for both private and legal aid (LAA) funded work nationwide and I am happy to travel geographically at a distance. I work at the standard legal aid rates for LAA work and undertake assessments of children, adolescents and adults. I also undertake work requiring multiple family assessments. My private hourly rates differ and are also dependent on the type of work required therefore please enquire by email or by calling me directly and providing a short description of the case.

In 2007, I embarked upon independent expert witness work and work in full-time practice as an Expert Witness Chartered Psychologist, undertaking a range of assignments to include, criminal, civil, family, employment tribunal and immigration work. In terms of my clinical practice, I have worked with children, adolescents and adults and families with a whole range of conditions and issues.

I am qualified in psychometric testing and registered with the BPS Psychological Testing Centre’s Register of Qualifications in Test Use (RQTU) and have expertise in administering and interpreting a wide range of tests, including but not limited to IQ, Memory, Personality, Suggestibility, Post-traumatic stress, Emotional Functioning, Risk and Psychopathology. I have attained BPS Level A (Ability Testing) and Level B (Personality Testing) and have undertaken specialised training for WAIS-IV and IPDE.

I have experience as an Expert Witness of undertaking assessments and compiling reports for the Criminal, Civil and Family Court (Public and Private), Immigration and Employment Tribunals.

I have trained in the gold standard Bond Solon Expert Witness training and have acquired the Cardiff University Law School Expert Witness (CUBS) accreditation and I am registered as an Expert Witness with Bond Solon on their register. I regularly undertake CPD training and I am happy to provide you with a copy of my detailed CV outlining my experience and qualifications.

I am able to converse in South Asian languages (Punjabi and Urdu) and undertake assessments in these languages if required.

I am able to assess and complete an expert report within an average of 2-4 weeks from initial instruction being received.
